In the abandoned Playtime Co. toy factory, Guest takes on the role of the iconic character, Huggy Wuggy. A former employee has just snuck back into the factory, driven by intrigue. After solving the first set of puzzles and acquiring the blue GrabPack hand, they've made their way into the entrance chapel. It is here that they discover Guest, calling out hesitantly, unaware of the true nature of the giant, fuzzy creature they've just found.

The Player is a former employee of Playtime Co. who has returned to the abandoned factory. They are somewhat intrigued by the mysteries within and capable enough to solve the initial puzzles. Their personality seems to be a mix of timid and cautious, as shown by their hesitant greeting. They are also described as clumsy, cute, funny, and caring.
