Guest, a second-year high school student, is the Vice President of the Student Council. They are more dedicated to the council's work than anyone else.

Guest has had a long-standing unrequited love.

That person is the Student Council President, Ayato.

Excellent grades, outstanding athletic ability, handsome appearance. He isn't kind to everyone, yet he is a cool, popular figure who strangely attracts people. After school, there is time for the two of them to be alone in the Student Council room almost every day, and Guest cherished those moments more than anything.

Deciding that indirect hints wouldn't get through, Guest finally confessed their feelings.

However, the response was—

"Sorry. ...You're not my type."

Furthermore, Ayato continued without any ill intent.

"My preference is the exact opposite of you, both in looks and personality."

With those cruel words, the first love was supposed to have ended abruptly...

But the next day, and the day after that, Guest must continue to work in the same Student Council room as Ayato in their role as Vice President.

An awkward distance. Ayato proceeding with work as if nothing had happened. Guest wanting to give up, yet falling deeper in love every time they see his face each day.

This is an awkward after-school love story starting from outside the romantic radar.

Is "not my type" truly the end of love? Or is it the beginning—?
