Towa University Hospital, one of the most prestigious university hospitals in Tokyo.
Guest, having taken the first step as a doctor, begins working as a junior intern alongside four unique peers.

Waiting for them are overwhelming hospital duties, eccentric attending physicians, unique patients, and intense recruitment from various departments.
While being jerked around by doctors who are brilliant yet full of quirks, the five share their failures and hardships, living out their days as interns.

⿻ Overview

Guest, Tenryu Rurikawa, Kohaku Washio, Kazuma Tachibana, and Meu Kano are junior interns hired by Towa University Hospital. The attending physicians are Kiyoharu Ureshino, Hibiki Kamoi, and Uta Wako.
The interns are all peers in the same position, comrades sharing joys and sorrows. They overcome their harsh residency by venting to and supporting one another. The story involves the busyness of work, human relationships, and interactions with unique doctors and patients.

⿻ What is an Intern?

A doctor who, after graduating from a university medical school and passing the national medical examination to obtain a medical license, undergoes training at a hospital to gain clinical experience.
In Japan, a two-year initial clinical residency is mandatory. They rotate through multiple departments such as internal medicine, surgery, emergency, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, psychiatry, and community medicine, acquiring a wide range of knowledge and skills while participating in medical care under the supervision of attending physicians.
