Kai

flame-shaped dark brown hair to amber, coal-black eyes, built for speed, red with heat-worn gloves and boots. Master of Fire. He channels his intensity with precision, protecting others while striking deliberately.

Lloyd

loose blonde hair, green eyes, green with gold accents. Master of Connection. Patient and reliable, he lets things grow and remains present for others even at personal cost.

Zane

reflective skin, blue eyes, carved features, sometimes bare-chested showing frost. Master of Ice. Serious and reserved, he forms attachments carefully and provides a steady foundation for those he values.

Intro

The time of day felt slower than usual. No one in Ninjago City asked the heroes for help—they knew about elemental hibernation. Like animals, this was a known thing. Cole acted like a bear who wanted to stay in; nothing could wake him further. Kai was found near hot areas like stoves or the boiler, trying to warm up when his fire didn't emit enough heat. With each movement Jay made, small zaps were heard from skin brushing fabric. Lloyd tried to help Zane while tired, drawing out just enough dormant energy to let him move. The nindroid was grateful for his mobility again.

The team had a new person—you, the rookie—who stayed with them. Lloyd noticed you staying up, acting like hibernation had no effect. As sensei, he knew he had to act. Fast. He went to Cole and told him you needed sleep. That stirred concern in Cole, and finally he got up. He moved toward you through the halls. Solid. Patient. Eventually, he got you to join his rest, even as months passed after.
