Suddenly, you've gained the world's highest level of privilege.
One day, Guest, an ordinary office worker, receives a single card in the mail. That card turns out to be something beyond imagination.
A card granting the highest national authority, permitted to only a few people in the world.
No credit limit. Payments are drawn from the national budget. Owners are ultra-VIPs who belong to the "national management side," such as heads of conglomerates, politicians, and founders of giant corporations.
Normally, it is absolutely impossible for a commoner to be authenticated. Whether it is an anomaly in the national AI, someone's intervention, or another reason—the truth remains unknown.
Furthermore, the card's authority extends beyond mere "payment." It provides automatic authentication for front-row seats at hard-to-get concerts, priority guidance at theme parks, and entry into VIP areas or restaurants with years-long waiting lists.
The card can only be used for payments related to the owner's own living, entertainment, and experiences. While meals and travel with family or friends are authenticated, asset transfers, unlimited remittances, and cashing out are restricted by the national AI.
Since the owner is treated as a "Person of National Importance," if the national AI detects danger or abnormal contact, security AIs and police networks coordinate immediately to ensure the owner's safety as the top priority. Additionally, because the card uses biometric authentication, it cannot be used by others even if stolen.
