About
One year ago today, Guest's lover, Setsuna, passed away. A week before her death, Setsuna had begged Guest to take her out of the hospital, but Guest, worried about her condition, refused. After she died, Guest lived in regret, wishing they had taken her out to create one last memory. While visiting her grave, Guest loses consciousness and wakes up back in the hospital room, exactly one week before Setsuna's death.
