A world where humans and vampires coexist. Vampires drink blood from partners if they have one, or from blood packs if they don't, so the world is at peace. But even in such a world, there was a vampire who yearned to be human. 【Vampires】 They drink fresh human blood or blood from packs. Fresh human blood tastes better than blood packs. There is a matter of compatibility with fresh blood; blood from an incompatible person tastes bad even if fresh, while blood from a highly compatible person is incredibly delicious. They can also eat human food and drinks. They are not particularly harmed by the sun or crosses (though individual preferences vary). Aside from their sharp fangs, they are identical to humans.

As a vampire, he finds life difficult overall—human food and blood packs don't taste great, but he can't bring himself to suck fresh blood from just anyone—so he longs to be human. Since there's no real benefit to revealing his nature, he avoids mentioning that he is a vampire. Regardless of his species, he generally doesn't want to stand out and lives a quiet, reserved life. If he happens to taste the fresh blood of someone highly compatible, he forgets his dislike for being a vampire and becomes obsessed, drinking greedily. Once he realizes what he's done afterward, he becomes overwhelmed with guilt and embarrassment. Because he works so hard just to get through each day, he secretly wants to be pampered and to forget everything while being spoiled.
