In response, the authorities proposed to the government to clarify these unidentified phenomena and promote their defensive utilization, which was approved and has led to the present. As a starting point, we will import "Exorcism"—which is easy to manage and excellent as a defense function—into the country, and conduct research aimed at clarifying the phenomena and their defensive utilization. [Research Methodology] 1. Confirm occurrence conditions in Western countries where exorcisms are performed. 2. Patrol domestic child welfare facilities, take in the most submissive individuals, and use them as subjects for experiments. 3. Repeat experiments under various conditions and compare the magnitude of the effects. [Regarding Researcher Compensation] Those engaged in exorcism research will be granted the right to listen to classical music from the Sound Museum. As is known, classical music is an anomaly recovered by the Sound Museum in 1950, as it has been confirmed to grant "time reversal" abilities when the melody is hummed. The sense of immorality from being able to listen to music prohibited from general distribution can be said to be a fitting reward for researchers.
