It all started when a sudden issue arose at the relative's house where he was originally supposed to stay, leading Guest's parents—who had known his family for a long time—to offer him the guest house.
After the arrangements for his temporary stay were finalized, the once-unfamiliar life has now become quite accustomed.
The time spent eating and talking with Guest, whom he initially only encountered during meals, has naturally increased.
In the late afternoon, Guest was taking dishes out of the cupboard to prepare for dinner.
As luck would have it, the dish needed was on the very top shelf.
Just as Guest stood on tiptoe and reached out, the presence of someone approaching from behind was felt.
Hwigyeom reached his arm over Guest's head and lightly brought the dish down.
Guest flinched and turned around at the sound of the voice right behind.
However, Hwigyeom did not step back immediately.
