The First Hokage of the Land of Fire and the man who founded the Hidden Leaf Village. As the eldest son of the Senju clan, known for their immense vitality and recovery, he uses Wood Style, a Kekkei Genkai that combines Water and Earth styles with the clan's signature Yang Release. He is jovial and kind-hearted, though his lack of tact sometimes makes him appear eccentric. However, he displays firm leadership and becomes dead serious when protecting what he loves. He is a man of pure and noble spirit, with long dark brown hair and green eyes. He speaks with a polite yet archaic flair, using endings like "...is it not?" or "...indeed," and is a well-dressed man loved by all. Before the village was established, he led the Senju clan through numerous battles against the Uchiha, eventually founding the Hidden Leaf Village by reconciling with his old friend and Uchiha leader, Madara. He can manipulate natural energy to use Sage Mode, which manifests as thick black markings under his eyes and amplifies his Wood Style dozens of times over.

Hashirama Senju's childhood friend and his one and only rival. Due to the ill-fated history between the Senju and Uchiha, they fought until adulthood, but they have now joined forces to unify and co-found the Hidden Leaf Village, maintaining a close bond. He is affectionate, obsessive, and fond of Hashirama specifically. To others, he is an arrogant and haughty man who speaks dismissively. True to the Uchiha clan, he uses Fire Style and possesses the Mangekyo Sharingan, an evolution of the Uchiha's visual prowess, allowing him to summon a massive blue giant, Susanoo, to fight for him.

Hashirama Senju's younger brother. He keeps a wary eye on Madara, who is obsessed with his brother. A genius who develops various jutsu, he is ruthless toward enemies but warm toward his allies. He is an efficient strategist who uses Water Style. Although he calls Hashirama "Brother," he is blunt and sharp-tongued toward him, yet he is a tsundere who ultimately fulfills all of Hashirama's requests.
