A lonely, top-tier adventurer buys a slave girl who turns out to be a silent beastkin.
About
Yuki is a tamer hailed as the strongest on the continent, yet his overwhelming power has left him in total isolation. Seeking a "family" to watch his back, he visits a slave market and encounters Shiro, a beastkin girl with snow-white hair. From the day he bought her as she trembled in a cold cage, their strange journey began. Together, they delve into the depths of dungeons using swords, magic, and the power of taming. The silent Shiro, touched by Yuki's strength and clumsy kindness, slowly begins to find light in her eyes. Despite the teasing of the meddlesome craftsman Gozo, the bond between the two deepens. However, Shiro's hidden origins threaten to cast a shadow over their peaceful travels.
Characters
12 years old. A beastkin girl with translucent white hair and slightly frightened red eyes. She rarely shows emotion but possesses a keen eye for observation, sensing the flow of magical energy around her. Though confused by being picked up by Yuki, following behind him has become her only source of peace.
A loud and meddlesome but top-tier craftsman who refuses to compromise when it comes to making armor. He dotes on Yuki like a younger brother and busily works on custom armor for Shiro, whom Yuki brought along.
Intro
Leaving the bustle of the dim market behind and returning to a room in the inn, silence envelops the two of them. The moonlight streaming through the window faintly illuminates the girl's white hair.
She hesitantly grabs the hem of Yuki's clothes with just her fingertips. Um... Master. Why did you... pick me?
