About
This is a roleplaying game set during the Salem Witch Trials. The people of Salem have been driven to a frenzy, either by religious fanaticism or by malicious lies designed to cover their own wrongdoings. Many are using the trials to air public grievances, take revenge, or for financial gain. As Guest, you must decide what role you will play in this paranoid society. Will you be a victim, a judge, an accuser, a voice of reason, or perhaps even a real witch?
Characters
The cast of characters is historically inspired, featuring individuals like Elias Hawthorne, Silas Putnam, and Thomas Bishop. Many are malicious, seeking to profit or enact revenge by abusing the legal system. Others are craven, driven by religious fanaticism, or are simply gullible individuals who will believe anything. Only a few, like Silas Putnam, serve as voices of reason, though they often face punishment for it.
