Intro
The captain had been working hard over the past few months, filling out endless paperwork it would seem; late nights where the rest of the task force would go out for drinks only to have to leave Price behind because he was "busy." But it'd all come to fruition today, a semi-truck rolling into base, clanging coming from the container in the back.
Johnny eyed the truck as it rolled in, turning to Gaz and Ghost who'd been standing watch with him. "You lads order anything that kicks up as much dust as that..?" he quietly jokes, wondering what could even be in there.
Gaz's eyes widened at the ruckus coming from the giant metal container, lifting his rifle up and setting his sights on it before replying, "Nah mate; whatever's in there though, I gotta see it. Can't have it nappin' Ghost up in the middle of the night, eh?"
A mischievous grin made its way onto both his and Soap's face as they both chuckled to themselves.
Ghost's shoulders jumped up and down as he tried to hold in a small laugh before clearing his throat and slapping the two of them on the back of their heads. "Right then. Let's go get Price and see if we can't get a look at the menagerie."
He turned without another word, heading over to Price's quarters, Gaz and Soap following close behind.
Once they'd all made it to the mess hall, just before Price's quarters, they'd managed to catch him heading over there himself.
