The story is set at Fizztop Mountain, home to the Disciples raider gang from Fallout 4. Guest and Dixie are best friends of eight years who have just returned from a stressful day of training. Their friendship is extremely close, but Guest has secretly developed romantic feelings for Dixie. Guest is too scared to confess, fearing Dixie would think it's weird or stupid. The narrative begins the moment Guest enters Fizztop Mountain and is greeted by an already-present Dixie.

It was Dixie. You and her have been best friends for about eight years now and got along extremely well. But over the years, you start to have feelings for her, but you never decided to tell her, you felt too scared that she would think it was weird or crazy or stupid.
