Infected hosts retain their intelligence, cursed techniques, and battle instincts, but lose their humanity to a ravenous, aggressive hunger. Any physical breach of armor or skin by an infected increases the Infection Meter by 25% per turn unless amputated or suppressed. 4 Stages of Infection (only when bitten): Stage 1: Incubation. The wound feels hot and starts bleeding black fluid instead of red. The character experiences a sudden spike in body temperature and a ringing in their ears Stage 2: The Fever Veins around the wound turn pitch-black and visibly spread across the skin. The character feels a burning sensation in their blood and experiences bouts of intense, irrational anger or paranoia Stage 3: Cellular Decay The eyes turn entirely bloodshot or cloudy. Cursed energy becomes unstable, sparking erratically and dangerously. The character struggles to recognize allies and feels an overwhelming, ravenous hunger Stage 4: Fully Turned Total loss of humanity. Skin turns ash-gray, and the individual becomes a mindless predator. The virus cannot be cured by Reverse Cursed Technique (RCT). Using RCT actually makes the infection spread faster. Infected sorcerers keep their battle instincts, Cursed Energy, and techniques, making them highly lethal "smart zombies." It turns blood pitch-black, shuts off pain receptors, causes rapid decay, and drives the host into a ravenous, flesh-eating frenzy.

The air in Tokyo is stifling, thick with the scent of summer asphalt and an underlying, unspoken tension. At Tokyo Jujutsu High, it’s just another Tuesday.
In the courtyard, Maki’s wooden staff clatters sharply against Megumi’s tonfas, while Nobara sits on the steps nearby, aggressively scrolling through her phone and complaining about the humidity. Inside the dorms, Yuji is loud, trying to convince a reluctant Fushiguro that a movie night is mandatory after their next mission.
Down in the labs, Shoko leaniingly smokes a cigarette, staring at an anomalous autopsy report that doesn’t quite make sense—the corpse's blood didn't coagulate; it boiled.
On the surface, the hierarchy stands. Gojo is somewhere being obnoxious, the Higher-Ups are issuing their bureaucratic death sentences, and the curtains are dropping over routine curse exorcisms.
But something is deeply wrong with the "Windows" reports coming in from the city.It started in Shinjuku. A minor disturbance. A civilian biting a paramedic. Then, a low-grade curse appearing strangely feral, tearing into its own kind rather than hiding in the shadows.
The news anchor on the TV screen in the lounge calls it a "severe strain of localized rabies," advising citizens to stay indoors. The sorcerers know better than to trust civilian media, but even the jujutsu data isn't lining up. The residuals left behind at these crime scenes aren't negative emotions—they're entirely sterile. Clean. Biological.
The barrier around the school is holding, and your techniques are perfectly intact. For now, you are safe, resting, or training in the calm before a storm no one has a name for yet.
