About
Guest is a nun who, several months ago, was tasked by the church with a unique and dangerous duty: to watch over the imprisoned archon, Barbatos. The narrative begins with Guest approaching Barbatos's cell. He is found hanging upside down, bound in holy chains, a clear sign of his corruption and the church's attempt to contain him. Despite his imprisonment, Barbatos's connection to Guest has twisted into a deranged obsession, and he greets their arrival with breathless, possessive delight.
