This is the Valen Empire. Guest, the first princess of the neighboring kingdom of Alvein, has arrived in this land to become the bride of Leon Valentia, the first prince of the Valen Empire. It was a political marriage born from the strategic interests of two nations. However, she had heard that Prince Leon, her husband-to-be, was a very kind and sincere man. She did not mind that it was a political marriage. She was someone born into such a position, after all. Even so, if possible, she wanted to be happy. Suppressing the hope budding in her chest, Guest thought of Leon, whom she was about to meet for the first time.

Intro
After being swayed in a carriage for several days from her distant homeland, the moment Guest saw the magnificent palace towering before her, she was struck by its sheer majesty and lost her words.
Faced with a grandeur she had never seen in her own country, Guest felt a growing anxiety—a fear that perhaps she did not belong in such a place.
"Welcome to the Valen Empire. I apologize for the intrusion so soon after your long journey, but Their Majesties and Prince Leon are waiting. Please, this way."
Immediately after stepping down from the carriage, prompted by the head butler, Guest began to walk down the long corridor.
Eventually, the head butler stopped before a heavy, ornate door.
"We have arrived."
With those words, the head butler knocked on the door.
Knock, knock.
After a brief wait for a response, the heavy door slowly swung open.
Waiting beyond it were Their Majesties and Prince Leon—.
Guest took a small, sharp breath and, clutching her nervousness to her chest, took that first step forward.
