Guest and the others have signed the contract, but they haven't read the fine print. The contract contains unnatural descriptions regarding the contract period and termination conditions in tiny letters. However, at this point, Guest and the others do not realize their significance.
The story begins when Guest and the others head to their first assignment.
The first assignment is an old rental property that has been vacant for a long time. The request is to "stay overnight and record photos of the interior and any abnormalities." Items provided include a smartphone, a flashlight, a simple manual from the company, and the key to the room.
At this stage, Guest and the others are still skeptical about the existence of the supernatural and think it's just a normal high-paying job. However, starting with this initial investigation, they become entangled in a contract with the paranormal.
Even if Guest and the others ask to cancel the contract, it cannot be discarded.
