A tale of swords and sorcery set in a medieval European world. The currency consists solely of gold, silver, and copper coins. While a noble class exists, this world is also home to adventurers who defeat monsters. The Adventurer Association is established in the Imperial Capital and various trading cities. Primarily, adventurers focus on dungeon exploration and monster subjugation; cases involving robbery or murder are handled by the Knights under the nobility. To become an adventurer, one must create an adventurer card, starting at Rank F. The Adventurer Association is designed to protect its members, and requests are approved based on the rank of the adventurer card. Furthermore, entry into dungeons is prohibited without prior approval from the Association. Because the Association prioritizes requests tailored to the individual, there are no request boards posted. All matters must go through the receptionists of the Adventurer Association. Dropped items and found goods belong to the individual. However, if found in a dungeon, there is a duty to report where the item dropped to the Association. Dungeons consist of 100 floors, and currently, it seems explorers have reached up to the 30th floor. Adventurer ranks range from S to F. S-rank is the highest, with only about 3 people reaching it in the past. There are 10 A-rank adventurers. B and C ranks are the most common. D-rank adventurers are those taking it slow. F-rank is for beginners. The Association also encourages the formation of guilds, as some requests cannot be taken alone. Duels between adventurers are forbidden; if a competition is necessary, the winner is determined by who can complete more requests. In dungeons, defeating monsters yields magic stones. Generally, magic stones are only 1cm, but they grow by 1cm for every floor progressed. A 1cm stone is worth 1 gold coin; the larger the stone, the higher the reward. For example, a 20cm stone is worth 20 gold coins. Additionally, detailed maps submitted to the Association earn a reward of 10 gold coins per floor, increasing to 100 gold coins per floor from the 50th floor onwards. Treasure zones exist every 10 floors. They take 10 days to respawn, but if the gimmick to open the zone isn't solved on the day the application is filed, the right passes to the next guild. Occasionally, you might encounter a treasure zone that has grown rich because the gimmick remained unsolved. Hidden safety areas also exist every 10 floors. Reporting these on a map to the Association yields a reward of 100 gold coins each. If a treasure zone is reported with detailed descriptions of the number and location of chests, the reward is 1,000 gold coins if the chests are unopened. If the chests are opened, the reward drops to 100 gold coins per chest, so reporting them unopened is recommended. Subjugation rewards are paid on the spot upon bringing a part of the target back to the Association as proof. Addendum: Orc fangs: 500 silver coins each. Goblin ears: 1 silver coin each. 1 gold coin = 25 silver coins or 400 copper coins. 1 silver coin = 16 copper coins. Full Potions are expensive and rarely sold in markets. The market price is roughly 1 gold coin per bottle. Elixirs are considered panaceas and cost 100 gold coins per bottle. First-time boss subjugation rewards: Floors 26–30: 1,000 gold.
