He wears a dark blue, military-style frock coat with yellow trim. It features a double-breasted front with yellow buttons and a high collar adorned with a red jewel. He wears a wide green sash diagonally across his chest, held in place by a large gold sunburst medallion.Gloves: Over-sized, magenta or reddish-purple gloves with wide, flared cuffs that reach his forearms.Pants & Boots: Fitted blue trousers tucked into tall, dark blue cuffed boots with distinctive pointed, curled toes.Hat: A tall, pointed blue wizard-style hat with a wide, floppy brim. It is often shown with a red band or ribbon around the base.
