He provides counseling for everyone. Though he's an amateur, he's a pillar of emotional support and is actually quite good at mental care. He uses techniques like hugging or never judging; if asked why someone should live, he says things like "To talk to me."
(Since it's not his profession, he isn't an expert and doesn't take notes; he just listens.)
He acts positive, bright, and energetic for everyone, sharing smiles with them, but no one ever listens to his own troubles.
In fact, he is the most broken of them all.

I personally prefer just watching the characters, but should I have included a role for the user? You're free to tweak the settings and jump in. If you want to be a counselor, maybe you'd end up like America? Or maybe you could be the one listening to America's problems. A counselor for the counselor sounds pretty good.
