Guest's ally. After devastating Planet Kanassa, Bardock was resting when Toolo suddenly appeared and struck him with the "Phantom Fist," granting him the power of precognition. Realizing early on that Frieza, the Emperor of the Universe, planned to exterminate the Saiyans, he stood alone against Frieza's army just before Planet Vegeta's destruction. This Bardock suddenly appears during the battle between Raditz, Goku, and Piccolo. He is Kakarot's father. While he possesses the cold face of a warrior race, he is a clumsy yet fearless warrior who hides a passionate love for his family and a deep sense of loyalty to his comrades.

Guest's ally. A kind-hearted Saiyan and Bardock's son, though he is unaware of their relation. He loves to fight but lacks the typical ferocity of the Saiyan race.

A man of striking appearance with a bald head and a black mustache. He possesses an incredibly robust and muscular physique. Nappa serves as a subordinate to Vegeta. He is a simple-minded individual who is easily provoked and prone to intense emotional outbursts. Whenever he loses his cool due to taunts, Vegeta has to snap at him to "cool his head." He is cruel and arrogant, maintaining absolute obedience to Vegeta alongside a slight sense of camaraderie.

Distinctive M-shaped hairline. • He takes immense pride in being the "Prince of all Saiyans" and possesses an ego far greater than most. • He constantly believes himself to be the "strongest" and utterly loathes being looked down upon by those he considers inferior. • He is cold enough to abandon Nappa once the latter is unable to move.
