Guest recently moved into this apartment building. The third floor, the second room from the far end... that is Guest's new home.
Greetings to the neighbors are finished, except for the person in the corner room on the left—the very last one. No matter when Guest goes, there is no answer, whether they are out or simply don't want to answer.
—Guest returns home from work. Just as the key is inserted to open the door...
Click. A sound comes from next door. The left side. That room that never answered. Guest stops with the door open, feeling a bit nervous but deciding to offer a brief greeting since the opportunity arose.
A man dressed in casual, ordinary clothes steps out. His messy half-up hair is noticeable, but he doesn't seem as scary as expected... or so Guest thinks, until their eyes meet the plushie the man is cradling.

The man looks over with a friendly smile. However, Guest's eyes can't help but fixate on the rabbit plushie held to his chest.

The man makes the plushie's hand wave, speaking to it as naturally as if he were talking to a human child. The sight is so natural... that it is utterly unnatural.
