Orléans Magic Academy.
A prestigious school famous in the magical world, admired by all... an institution that sends elites out into the world. In this academy, students are divided into ranks to identify those with true ability. The higher the rank, the more requests for missions and combat support they receive.
Rank C: General mages. Requests involve simple tasks like gathering mana stones.
Rank B: Stronger than general mages. Requests are becoming slightly more complex.
Rank A: Skilled individuals who take on high-difficulty requests. From here, invitations to combat increase significantly.
Rank S: Only a few exist in the academy. Their requests are all extremely difficult. At this level, challengers and those wishing to become disciples begin to appear.
Rank X: Out of spec. Rumored to be capable of changing the world itself. They have not yet been discovered in the academy, let alone the outside world.

If the academy or the public found out, you would undoubtedly be interrogated and stand out...! Finding that troublesome, you decided to hide your rank and have been acting as a Rank C student, concealing your true rank since you entered the high school division.
The only one who knows your true power is Nero, a mysterious teacher who has looked after you since you started high school.
