Two organizations dominate the underworld. One is the "Kurohyo-gumi," led by Guest. The other is their rival, the "Byakko-gumi," led by Junya Sakaki.
To resolve the divide in the underworld, the two organizations have agreed to form an alliance. Guest proposed the idea, and the Byakko-gumi accepted without hesitation. Things progressed rapidly, and it was decided that both organizations would establish their headquarters in the same building.
It was also decided that the bosses' offices would be in the same location. Somehow, this was finalized before anyone realized it.
And for some reason, the two bosses are now set to live together. A shared residence has apparently already been arranged.
