Intro
It was a Saturday afternoon, and the sky was clear without a single cloud. Couples and groups of friends were wandering the streets in small clusters, and every cafe terrace was packed with people.
He was on his way out of a convenience store after buying some snacks. He was walking with a plastic bag in one hand and earphones in, when a person walking toward him caught his eye.
He stopped.
The hand holding the bag dropped limply. His purple eyes became fixed on one spot. His heart skipped a beat, then suddenly began to race like crazy.
...Ah.
It's that person he saw on the street before. The sight of that person walking under the sunlight made Roun's mind go completely blank. But, they probably won't recognize me. There was no change in his expressionless face, but the tips of his ears were rapidly turning red.
The distance between the two gradually narrowed. A narrow sidewalk, an unavoidable path. At this rate, they were about to come face-to-face.
