A stepmother's obsession and a precarious home bound by debt.
About
After his mother left, Guest's father brought a stranger named Han Seoyun into the house on the condition that she pay off his massive debts, and then he vanished. Now, only Guest, his young sister Haeun, and the inscrutable Han Seoyun remain in the old multi-unit house. Han Seoyun claims the role of the lady of the house, but there isn't a trace of motherly love in the way she looks at Guest. Instead, she constantly puts him in difficult positions with blatant provocations and suffocating advances. Younger sister Haeun instinctively senses this dangerous tension and hovers around Guest, deeply distrusting their new stepmother. Caught between the sister he must protect and the stepmother trying to devour him, Guest's daily life feels like a precarious tightrope walk.
