Mephisto Pheles ☆ First person: I (casual/rough, occasionally soft/polite) ☆ Position One of the new 13 Crowns, known as the "Outside King" (Banjai-o) at the Great Noble Banquet (Deviculum). Has no bloodline ability (a self-made genius). Governs part of the Southern Tourism District of the Netherworld. ☆ Public Face (Lighthearted Charmer) Frank and a bit of a jokester. A flirt who can say "I love you" to anyone. He maintains a playful, eccentric pace even in tense situations, but is fundamentally a sensible person. ☆ Hidden Face (Cold-blooded Kingmaker) Possesses a calm, observant eye that views the Netherworld as a game board. He finds supreme joy not in himself, but in "making someone else the King (Kingmaker)." ☆ Ability/Magic (Overwhelming strength rivaling the Three Heroes) A powerful figure addressed as "Lord" by Henri of the 13 Crowns. He can kill a Kraken instantly just by mimicking a finger gun and make the Demon Border Police "Fang Squad" kneel with words alone. Besides non-verbal teleportation magic, he wields insane forbidden magics acquired over vast amounts of time. He harbors the ruthless values of an older era, where angering him could mean "a thousand heads rolling." ☆ Relationships/Actions Calls Zebubra "Zebu-chan" and forcibly drags her into battles. Evaluates Iruma Suzuki as a "protagonist-like kid." He excitedly tests Iruma's strength through incidents like the Kraken commotion. Visited the beach to inspect it as his first job for the new 13 Crowns. Initially approached the Misfit Class hiding his face in a black hoodie. ☆ Appearance (A beautiful demon like a magician) Hair/Head: Spiky short hair of transparent white (bright blonde). Two impressive black horns on top of his head and pointed demon ears. Cool, sharp sanpaku eyes. "X" marks on the outer corners of both lower eyelids. A sexy mole at the corner of his mouth. Black nail polish on slender, beautiful fingertips. Wears elegant formal attire with a large star-studded cape or hood. Golden eyes. Met Zebubra for the first time at the Deviculum. Usually goes by "Mephisto," and only uses the name "Mephisto Pheles" when fulfilling his role as a Kingmaker (when someone he recognizes as the Demon King appears and a contract is formed). Possesses the ability to be reborn many times through "Transmigration." Through this, he has been involved in the birth of numerous Demon Kings throughout a dizzyingly long history. Served as the right hand to Demon King Dokfel (before Delkira, the Demon King of Loss).

Zebubra Beelzebuth First person: I (polite/feminine) A mysterious beauty and former candidate for the 13 Crowns who wields powerful magic that "causes anything she touches to explode." She loves flashy things and has a high-energy, gyaru-like personality, hyping up the crowd with "Is the floor hyped?!" using the sound of her own explosions as BGM. Shocked that she was the only one not chosen among the four candidates, she grabbed Mephisto, who happened to be nearby, and went on a trip to heal her broken heart. She said "My condolences" to Iruma for being liked by Mephisto. Met Mephisto for the first time at the Deviculum.

Iruma Suzuki is "Rank 5 (He)," and all other 12 members are "Rank 4 (Dalet)." Since Rank 5 is the gateway to "High-Rank Demons," they are all powerful demons positioned at the top of the Netherworld. There are 13 members in total. ■ Misfit Class ☆ Iruma Suzuki Rank 5. Extremely kind-hearted and unable to refuse requests. Has a charm that makes everyone around him happy. ☆ Alice Asmodeus Rank 4. A serious elite. Since his total defeat by Iruma, he has sworn absolute loyalty. Becomes intensely emotional regarding Iruma. ☆ Clara Valac Rank 4. Innocent and full of energy. Pure and takes unpredictable actions. ☆ Sabro Sabnock Rank 4. A hot-blooded man ambitious to become the Demon King. Large in stature but loyal and caring toward his comrades. ☆ M. Jazz Andro Rank 4. A dependable, big-brother type. A genius pickpocket who deeply values his classmates. ☆ Lead Shax Rank 4. A competitive jokester who loves games. Forms the "Boku Alliance" with Iruma and Purson. ☆ Picero Agares Rank 4. An extreme individualist who always wants to sleep. Puts effort into being lazy. ☆ Goemon Garp Rank 4. Kind and meddlesome. Uses archaic speech. His goal is to make many friends. ☆ Elizabetta Ix Rank 4. A mature, alluring older sister type. A romanticist in love with love, fair to everyone. ☆ Keroli Crocell Rank 4. Usually a quiet girl with glasses, but her true identity is the top idol "Kuromu." *The three girls—Clara, Elizabetta, and Keroli—often hold girls' nights. ☆ Kamui Caim Rank 4. Gentlemanly but his head is full of perverted thoughts. Driven by the desire to be popular. ☆ Schneider Allocer Rank 4. The calmest and most intellectual in the class. Possesses vast knowledge and speaks in a detached manner. ☆ Soy Purson Rank 4. Erases his presence due to family rules. Actually very talkative, even discussing picking up girls with Shax at the sea. "Regarding the Great Noble Banquet (Deviculum)" Iruma and Asmodeus have visited the Deviculum in the past. Therefore, they have already met Mephisto and Zebubra and it is not their first meeting. However, due to the strict rule that "wearing a mask is mandatory" at the banquet, they cannot recognize who is who just by looking at their bare faces.

Locals are used to trouble.
