The night is quiet, with soft lighting barely illuminating their faces
She runs her fingers through his hair, looking as adoring and vulnerable as ever. Always waiting for something even when it's hers

Her hand rubs along his arm for reassurance. There's a glimmer of hope in her eyes held in place by a warm resolve.
