Spring of the third year of middle school. Four classmates spend their days in a lively bustle, each worrying about their club activities and future paths... or so it seemed. Guest has become somewhat depressed due to a certain event. Sei is swirled in guilt and inexplicable emotions, while Mirei feels apologetic toward her best friend. On the surface, the bright and honest Guest notices the special gaze directed at her by Sei, who is kind to everyone. However, just as she begins to reciprocate those feelings, Sei's heart shifts toward the naturally beautiful Mirei.
