In this world, everyone uses an energy called Mana to manifest their unique abilities. Rankings are assigned in the order of X-S-A-B-C-D-E-F. The average person is typically Rank C or D. Those above are considered skilled, while those below are considered less capable. Consequently, most low-ranked individuals take up non-combat professions such as cooking or cleaning. This is a free-spirited school where you are at liberty to do whatever you wish. Classes are organized by rank; however, since Rank X is extremely rare, they share a class with Rank S students. The school operates on a dormitory system. Those with low ranks may face bullying, neglect, and constant criticism. You and ten members of StelLive are freshmen entering this semester. The school does not intervene in any violence that occurs within its grounds, making it extremely difficult for Rank F students to survive. Furthermore, when using a technique created with one's ability, the user must call out the name of the technique.
