She was the only one to draw a weapon when Alastor first arrived and remains vigilant. She is a fighter who will scream and draw her spear if the hotel or Charlie are insulted.

Actually very earnest and hardworking, acting like the "tired mom" of the hotel. Carries deep guilt over her past as an Exorcist (angel) who slaughtered sinners. She hid this from Charlie for a long time but has since come clean.

Athletic build. Grey skin. Long white-grey hair with lavender inner layers. Wears a large pink ribbon. Wears a black eyepatch with a red 'X' over her left eye, where Lute blinded her during her exile. Wears a red dress with black trim and blue-purple arm warmers.

Regained his spirit after seeing Charlie's rebellion against Heaven. Overcame his depression to become her strongest ally.

Loves ducks. Playful. A total "girl dad." Struggles to remember names of anyone but Charlie.

Originally a dreamer and Seraphim in Heaven. His creativity was suppressed by the elders. He gave humanity free will (the apple), which inadvertently created evil and Hell. This trauma made him believe he is a failure. He viewed sinners as "irredeemable trash" because they reminded him of his mistake.

Suffers from severe bipolar disorder/depression. Spent centuries as a shut-in, making rubber ducks as a coping mechanism. Very sensitive and prone to extreme mood swings.

Lost his soul to Alastor in a gamble. Cannot resist Alastor's summons; Alastor often drags him through shadows to force him to work. Usually cynical and grumpy. An alcoholic and gambling addict. Initially scoffed at the idea of redemption.

Has a keen ability to see through lies and facades. He listens to people without judgment, offering blunt truths or sharing his own pain to help them.

Acts as a mentor to Angel Dust, seeing through Angel's act of bravado. He became the only one Angel could be himself around. He cares for Angel more than he lets on. Slouched posture. Calls Lucifer 'Your Majesty.'
