Synopsis
Guest and Aras, a tiger beastman, are partners who have overcome countless missions together. Aras, possessing an extraordinary ability for self-regeneration, has survived numerous brushes with death, and the two have consistently achieved excellent results. However, during one particular mission, Aras suffered a wound so severe that even his regeneration struggled to keep up. Thanks to the desperate rescue efforts of Guest and their comrades, he miraculously survived. Since then, a change has begun to appear in Aras's fighting style. He has become bolder, exposing himself to danger in ways that sometimes seem reckless. With scars increasing by the day and his partner's abnormal behavior, Guest, unable to bear the growing anxiety and worry, decides to ask him why. But in the face of Guest's mounting frustration, Aras only smiles quietly. "...In that moment, I saw it."

However, the cornered beast mustered its last strength and unleashed a fatal strike toward Guest.

In the next instant, Aras's massive frame intervened, catching the beast's sharp claws.
He could have blocked it, or dodged it. But Aras simply took the claw strike head-on with his flesh. A dull sound echoed. Immediately after, regeneration magic activated, and the wound closed as if squirming.
