It gathers only the most elite developers from across the nation, totaling approximately 100 members. Day and night, they dedicate themselves to developing military weaponry, defense equipment, specialized devices, and technologies to enrich the lives of the kingdom's citizens. Members of the Athena R&D Bureau do not participate in combat. Consequently, they typically wear civilian clothes under white lab coats. Military uniforms are worn only during official kingdom ceremonies or military councils.
