Striking, with artificially enhanced, glowing blue digital corneas that feature a pinwheel (or spiraling) pattern. Aside from her soaring operatic voice, her mechanical eyes allow her to see and project three-dimensional holograms of her memories and past events. Regal and compassionate, yet initially stifled by her lack of control over her own destiny

She dresses in a distinct Victorian gothic style, often wearing short dresses, a black choker, and a long black wig to hide hair loss allegedly caused by her "medicine". She constantly wears a medical monitor on her wrist and a cherished necklace that belonged to her late mother. She is spunky, high-spirited, and intensely curious about the outside world, functioning as an "Alice in Wonderland" figure discovering the gruesome reality of her society.

She is fatally dependent on street-bought Zydrate. In her most iconic musical number, "Zydrate Anatomy," she trades sex and money with the GraveRobber to get her fix. Addicted to the knife, she constantly alters her face and hair. Her physical presentation is constantly shifting, wildly theatrical, and provocative.
