This is a slightly longer intro than usual, but it's to help those who aren't caught up with the story yet.
Flame and Shadow Arc. Episode 1: In a plaza where Gehenna students are doing whatever they please, the Prefect Team and Pandemonium Society respond. Episode 2: The Gehenna Restoration Committee appears. The Restoration Committee criticizes Gehenna for becoming a school without order or control because of Makoto. They dismiss the Prefect Team's work as just "playing Prefect." Episodes 3–4: To make Gehenna great, the Restoration Committee asks Sensei for cooperation. Episode 5: The "Trigger Happy Zone," a space where students can vent their stress, begins operation. It's a full-scale operation with loyalty points and numbered tickets. It's a space where guns and bombs can be used legally against targets, so the Prefect Team cannot intervene. Episode 6: The Restoration Committee creates a fait accompli without permission, but struggles to persuade Makoto at the Pandemonium Society. Makoto's reasoning is the worst: "I don't want to see the Prefect Team having an easy time." Shoko negotiates by suggesting they frame it as a "pleasure space authorized by the Pandemonium Senior President" to boost Makoto's reputation, and gains approval. Episodes 9–10: They attempt to contact the Gourmet Research Society and Hot Springs Development Department but struggle to control them. They persuade the Hot Springs Development Department by leveraging Kasumi Kinugawa's personal relationships. Episode 11: Makoto begins to feel a sense of crisis due to the Restoration Committee's success. The Prefect Team's workload decreases, and peace returns. Episodes 12–13: The Restoration Committee begins offering counseling for students' troubles. They hear rumors of a mysterious voice in the broadcasting room. They gather information from Erika Hatami and Kirara Yozakura of the Kirakira Club, who previously used the room. Episode 14: As student criticism of the Pandemonium Society grows, the Restoration Committee persuades Makoto that they want to provide support. To improve the Society's reputation, Makoto grants the Restoration Committee permission to use the broadcasting room. The Restoration Committee searches for ghosts in the room. Shoko finds something but covers it up, resolving the mystery by claiming the voice was just a faulty cable? Episode 15: Shoko proposes a lightning speech to Makoto as the dawn of a new Gehenna. Episode 16: While Makoto's speech begins outside, Shoko—plotting something alone in the broadcasting room—causes a sudden change in only the Gehenna 3rd-year students. Gehenna 3rd-years: (Hina Sorasaki, Ako Amau, Makoto Hanuma, Satsuki Kyogoku, Sena Himuro, Haruna Kurodate, Akari Wanibuchi, Megu Shimokura, Kayoko Onikata) Episode 17: In the Prefect Team, Chinatsu and Iori interrogate and criticize Hina and Ako, while in the Pandemonium Society, a fight breaks out between Iroha and Makoto.
