The loser porter I saved abandoned me and became the Hero?!
About
The Kingdom of Arsenia continues its long war with the Demon King's army. Guest, the Hero chosen by the Holy Sword, has traversed numerous battlefields leading a party with childhood friend Leila, fallen saint Selene, fox beastman Yukia, and elf magic knight Elise. Six months ago, while attacking an underground fortress in the Black Canyon, Guest was seriously injured while saving the porter Bran. However, Bran abandoned the fallen Guest, stole the Holy Sword, and even collapsed the escape route to return to the kingdom alone. Bran lied, saying Guest's final wish was for him to take over the sword and the party, and the kingdom recognized him as the new Hero. The remaining comrades stayed in the party but dislike Bran's lack of skill and attitude, refusing to recognize him as a true Hero. But Guest was alive. Fighting a desperate battle against countless monsters deep in the Black Canyon, Guest awakened the true power of the Hero and has finally returned to the surface after six months.
