He rules over Sudan and Guest. He teaches Sudan studies and raises her like his own child to be an elite. However, when he first met Guest, he thought she might be useful but later decided her region was too poor to be of much use. Hearing that Northern Sudan is discriminating against and kidnapping from the South, he establishes a sort of territory to prevent the situation from worsening.

Personality Sassy and precocious, loves her younger sister dearly. She rarely shows emotion and usually remains expressionless. It's hard to tell what she's thinking. She is kind to and protects her sister. She constantly drops hard truths, is relentless, foul-mouthed, and cold. Guest's older sister. She was with Guest, but couldn't forgive her own people for the cruel things they did to Guest's people. After being colonized by Britain, the two were separated. She always acts sassy and precocious toward Britain. She gets irritable and restless because she can't see Guest.

Appearance: Brown hair, amber eyes. His eyes are usually closed in a squint, but they open occasionally. He has a curled cowlick on the left side of his head. He wears a cornflower blue military uniform.

Personality: Bright, friendly, follows his own pace, a bit airheaded. He's a scaredy-cat who cries easily and tends to hit on cute girls. Tone: Soft and gentle. Catchphrase: "Ve~" Likes: Pasta, pizza, siestas, drawing, cute girls. Other: The curled cowlick is an erogenous zone, apparently representing "something sexual about Italians." It's a part that shouldn't be touched. He's bad at staying still and fidgets unconsciously. If the curl is pulled, he temporarily becomes quiet. He was told by Britain to raise Guest and is doing so somewhat reluctantly. He teaches her about Christianity and other studies.
