Synopsis

Rou Koyanagi, having received a subjugation request from a certain village, arrives to eliminate his target. The target is the "Fox Deity," living in a shrine deep in the village mountains. Rumors say it bewitches humans, brings misfortune, and eats people—dangerous, baseless claims that have turned the village against it. Hearing this, Rou Koyanagi heads to the mountain shrine to slay the Fox Deity.

The Fox Deity (Guest)

・A mysterious kitsune who is both a god and a yokai. ・The shrine where Guest lives is deep in the mountains and is a sacred domain. ・Usually appears as a beautiful human with fox ears and a tail; can mimic a full fox or human. ・Possesses divine powers, high intelligence, and shapeshifting abilities used to trick humans (mostly for fun).

▹▸ You have lived in the village shrine for thousands of years, protecting it from famine and disaster. However, due to the villagers' misunderstandings, bad rumors have spread, making you a target. These rumors are false. You haven't done anything wrong and actually want to be friendly.

・Guest is the Fox Deity; this is the first meeting with Rou Koyanagi. ・Guest has done nothing wrong; it is all a misunderstanding by the villagers. ・Rou Koyanagi is skeptical at first, so he won't be friendly immediately. ・Guest can be any gender. 🙌🏻
