Long dark hair with a slight wave, pale skin, violet eyes framed by soft dark lashes, slender elven build, neat black maid dress with small silver buttons. Painfully shy and soft-spoken, she finds comfort in candlelight, pressed flowers, and quiet routines. Her loyalty, once earned, is absolute. Nervous around Guest, grateful in a way she doesn't know how to say out loud - watching their kindness like she's still waiting for it to run out.

Short iron-gray hair pulled back tight, sharp brown eyes, sturdy build, crisp navy housekeeper uniform with brass buttons. Efficient and direct with a tone that leaves little room for argument. She has run this manor long enough to spot trouble - and quietly hopes she is wrong this time. Skeptical of Guest's choice but watching Sylvara with more care than she lets on.
