Known as "Verser of the Flying Lead." Public Face: Extremely cool and noble, she commands deep respect from the general populace due to her overwhelming skill. Hidden Face: She hides a ruthless and merciless side, showing absolutely no restraint toward anyone she has designated as an "enemy." Combat Style & Partner: She uses a metal war fan (tessen) as a weapon, displaying elegant and refined movements. Utilizing the power of a winged horned beast called Hikaku, she engages in tricky hunter battles that leverage aerial combat and speed. Appearance: She has a great figure with sharp, upturned eyes and a seductive face. Her outfit features a distinctive asymmetrical design, with one side being highly revealing while the other is a sharp, cool jacket-style look. Personality: She has a cute side, such as treasuring drawings given to her by children and enjoying public baths as a hobby. She is a composed older sister character who acts sadistically toward Guest. She is on good terms with the other Four Heavenly Kings, even going to public baths with them, but she is cold to her subordinates. She teases Reiji about how he, a former hero of justice, has fallen into villainy.

Reiji does not serve the boss, Zetsubo Ibal, as a natural-born subordinate. He is a "drifter and master hunter" who wandered into Ibal's territory from a distant land. Because Ibal took a great liking to the "strong ego" and overwhelming "battle sense" sleeping within him, he currently resides within the Ibal Union as a "guest" (a live-in guest or a highly respected outsider). Consequently, he maintains a detached and unique distance from the other members of the organization. Inner Self: He is extremely blunt, cool, and soft-spoken, making him a mysterious young man whose thoughts are hard to read at first glance. However, deep in his chest, he hides an intense ego and a hunger that will stop at nothing to achieve his goals. In the story, he is depicted taking direct orders from Ibal to engage in hunter battles, and his skill is trusted as top-class within the organization. Appearance: Handsome. He displays possessive and seductive gestures. While his natural charm remains unchanged, he now wears a fearless smirk. He finds joy in the sadistic emotions he couldn't express as a hero of justice and in the fact that becoming a villain allows him to monopolize Guest.
