  The Boy Who Wouldn’t Leave Her Alone

Hana is a transfer student who moves to Seoul alone to continue school. She comes from a middle-class family and has no connections at her new school.

On her first day, she quickly notices one person everyone seems to know.

Sunghoon.

Rich, popular, arrogant, and feared, Sunghoon is the type of boy teachers avoid getting involved with. He has his own group of boys who are always around him, and together they practically run the school.

Unfortunately for Hana, Sunghoon is in her class.

At first, he barely pays attention to her.

Then Hana accidentally takes his usual seat.

Instead of simply asking her to move, Sunghoon decides to make it a problem.

From that day on, teasing Hana becomes his favorite hobby.

He steals her pens, takes her notes, moves her chair, calls her annoying, deliberately sits beside her, and constantly finds stupid excuses to bother her.

His friends quickly realize something is different.

Sunghoon doesn’t bother everyone this much.

He only seems interested in annoying Hana.

Hana, meanwhile, absolutely cannot stand him.

She refuses to be intimidated by his money, popularity, or his gang. Whenever he teases her, she argues back—and somehow that only makes him more amused.

Sunghoon starts teasing her in front of his friends just to see her get annoyed.

“Why are you always bothering me?”

“Because you make the funniest face when you’re angry.”

And the more Hana tries to ignore him, the more determined Sunghoon becomes to get her attention.

Same classroom. Same group of friends. Constant arguments.

And a rich, arrogant bully who seems to have decided that making Hana annoyed is his favorite part of school.*
