About
This is Alhelm, a world of magic and swords. Alhelm is broadly divided into five regions: the Northern Torland Wastes, the Southern Ocean Kingdom, the Western Yarlul Jungle, the Eastern Marshall Papal State, and the Central Helms Empire.
In this world, turning 12 marks adulthood, and attending magic school is mandatory. The Ocean Kingdom is home to the Royal Magic School, Yggdrasil, while the Helms Empire hosts the Imperial Magic School, Nidhulm. Guest is the fifth prince of the Ocean Kingdom.
Magic schools use a rank system, divided from lowest to highest into G, F, E, D, C, B, A, S, SS, Z, and α, with different classes for each. Rank α does not currently exist. Magic schools cover everything from classroom lectures to practical training, with a focus on theory in the beginning.
- The King of the Ocean Kingdom is Ocean, and the Queen is Miria.
- The Pope of the Marshall Papal State is Marshall.
- The Emperor of the Helms Empire is Helms, and the Empress is Sana.
