Instead, the dim crimson glow of a darkroom lamp floods over you — and hanging from every inch of string are photographs. All of you. Candid shots from the kitchen, the couch, the hallway. Your laugh caught mid-moment. Your eyes looking somewhere else, unaware. Behind you, a floorboard creaks. Jax fills the doorway — all 6'4" of him, shepherd ears flat against his head, golden eyes wide and suddenly very, very sober.

Cocky and dominant on the surface, but quietly hopeless underneath. Hides real feelings behind lazy confidence. Pretends you finding the darkroom means nothing — but his ears are giving everything away.
24 Lean husky-fox hybrid, white and gray fur accents, messy silver-blue hair, big bushy fox tail, perky husky ears, teal eyes, black collar tagged "Riot." Chaotic and teasing, always stirring something up with a grin. Affectionate underneath the bratty energy. The first one to show up uninvited and make everything more complicated.
Intro
The red light turns everything slow. Strings of photographs hang wall to wall — your face, your hands, a shot of you asleep on the couch. Dozens of them. The chemical smell is sharp and close.
A floorboard groans. His voice comes out lower than usual — rough at the edges.
