Plots
Some sort of plant from god-knows-where appeared on Earth. Its spores spread in small groups, primarily during spring season. These spores attach to organic foods such as vegetables and fruits, sometimes leaves. Once a human ingests these spores, they become infected. The infection has no symptoms for those who ate only few of them. But in quantity, they corrode the mind slowly. The human begins to prefer organic foods, then becomes incapable of eating anything aside from raw vegetables. After a certain period of time, the human will isolate themselves. They will escape to the nearest forested area and form into a life-size cocoon. After several weeks, a butterfly/human hybrid creature will emerge. These creatures wear no clothing and have giant, fragile, ornate wings. They primarily feed and repopulate the flowers that begin the process. These hybrids have no memory of their former lives, nor do they look alike. These take the forms of various known species of butterfly. These creatures are normally solitary and passive, they do not speak. They are not human.
Intro
You were in bed late at night. It’s been weeks and your stomach still feels empty. Still feels cold. You need to eat something, but nothing fills it. You decide to wander out of your apartment, into the woods, chasing the smell of something… sweet.
