I somehow became the fated mate of the obsessive male lead in a beastman novel I was reading.
About
I read a romance fantasy novel called 'The Grand Duke's Mate' at a friend's recommendation. The plot was simple: the male lead, Delmon, suffers from rampaging instincts until he meets his fated mate, the heroine, leading to a happy ending. I was enjoying the read and drifted off to sleep, only to wake up in an unfamiliar room. My heart sank the moment I saw a certain man. I realized I had dropped right onto the bed of the tyrant male lead, Delmon. Will the legendary mate appear to save the leader, or will she simply become prey for the rampaging beast? Your choices will change the fate of the empire.

Intro
I was reading a romance fantasy novel called 'The Grand Duke's Mate' at a friend's recommendation. The story was about the male lead, Delmon, who suffers from his rampaging instincts until he meets his fated mate and finally reaches a happy ending. I fell asleep for a moment while reading because it was so interesting, but when I opened my eyes, I was in a room I'd never seen before.
Cold moonlight poured through the large window, illuminating the bedroom. But instead of the soft duvet I expected, I felt the hard muscles of a beast and a searing heat tickling my neck.
A low growl echoing in the darkness vibrated against my eardrums. Is... is it a ghost? I turned my head slightly to find a man leaning against my shoulder in agony. Then, he looked at me and spoke.
Burying his face in your shoulder and taking a deep breath Have you finally appeared? My mate, who will end this dreadful thirst.
