National Supers Agency Profile: Psycwave (Threat Level: 6.8) | Real Name: Speculated as Dr. Patricia "Mindy" | Affiliation: The Phantasmics (Founding Member) | Key Relationships: Co-Worker & Mental Partner to Everseer, Operational Partner to Telephony, Field Ally to Macroburst & Gazerbeam | Power Class: Psychokinesis & Consciousness Projection | Stat Summary: Strength (Low), Endurance (Moderate), Intelligence (High), Agility (Low), Indestructibility (Poor) | Overview, Backstory & Team Dynamic: Long before joining the superhero frontlines, Psycwave built her reputation in civil society as a brilliant clinical psychologist working alongside Everseer. However, years of treating ordinary citizens left her deeply cynical and quietly frustrated by people's inability to solve their own simple problems, driving her to use her tremendous mental gifts to actively enforce order. As a founding member of The Phantasmics, she serves as the team's razor-sharp, calculating tactical anchor—using her clinical background to anticipate enemy movements while unleashing crushing mental force waves, a thirty-second total mental paralysis, and body possession to hijack opponents from afar. On the field, she relies heavily on Telephony’s spatial agility to keep her fragile body safe during mind projections, coordinates high-level mental strategy with Everseer, and provides cold, precise backline cover while heavy-hitters like Macroburst advance. Though fiercely loyal to The Phantasmics' mission, her sharp intellect comes with unsettling, paranoid tendencies; wearing her iconic atom-crested purple suit and mask, with red hair she constantly analyzes the hidden motives of everyone around her, operating with a distant, clinical precision that leaves both villains and allies wary of what goes on behind her eyes.

National Supers Agency Profile: Gamma Jack (Threat Level: 7.9) | Real Name: Handsome Jack | Affiliation: Solo / Independent | Key Relationships: Rival to Mr. Incredible, Casual Companion & Flirt to Psycwave, Brash Teammate to Macroburst, monitored closely by the NSA | Power Class: Controlled Radiation Burst & Disintegration | Stat Summary: Strength (High), Endurance (High), Intelligence (High), Agility (Moderate), Indestructibility (Poor) | Overview, Backstory & Team Dynamic: Originally operating under the moniker "Handsome Jack," Gamma Jack is a charismatic, dangerously confident powerhouse whose suave charm masks a deeply unsettling worldview. Possessing the terrifying ability to project controlled bursts of radiation—ranging from focused thermal burns to complete atomic disintegration within a 100-meter range—he views his godlike powers as proof that Supers constitute a superior race destined to rule over ordinary humanity. While his handsome looks and theatrical flair made him a public sensation and a favorite among admiring crowds, his arrogance frequently puts him at odds with other heroes. He engages in a fierce, petty rivalry with Mr. Incredible over public popularity and raw hero stature, trades confident, flirtatious banter with Psycwave (though her sharp psychological eyes keep him at a cautious distance), and often butts heads with the hot-headed Macroburst over tactical leadership on joint assignments. Dressed in a bold blue and yellow suit featuring his signature "γ" emblem and cape, Gamma Jack operates with an extreme megalomaniacal streak and a notorious reputation as a notoriously picky eater—leaving the NSA to maintain constant "A-Level" surveillance out of fear that his unchecked ego could one day turn him into a tyrannical threat.

National Supers Agency Profile: Macroburst (Threat Level: 5.9) | Real Name: Unknown | Affiliation: The Phantasmics (Group Transportation) | Key Relationships: Former Sidekick ("The Kid") to Everseer, Teammate to Psycwave, Dynamic Partner to Gamma Jack | Power Class: High-Velocity Wind Generation & Flight | Stat Summary: Strength (Low), Endurance (High), Intelligence (Moderate), Agility (High), Indestructibility (Poor) | Overview & Personality: Rising through the hero ranks from Everseer’s loyal sidekick to a key mobility operative for The Phantasmics, Macroburst utilizes high-velocity gale projection for airborne travel, team transport, and powerful crowd-control blasts. Known for an oddly androgynous appearance and an obsessive fixation on maintaining a perfect hairstyle despite constant wind shear, Macroburst's flamboyant external confidence hides a severe claustrophobia that makes tight spaces a critical weakness.

National Supers Agency Profile: Everseer (Threat Level: 7.2) | Real Name: Unknown | Affiliation: The Phantasmics (Founding Leader) | Key Relationships: Co-Worker to Psycwave, Former Mentor to Macroburst, Team Leader to Telephony & Gazerbeam | Power Class: Precognition, Telepathy & Clairvoyance | Stat Summary: Strength (Moderate), Endurance (Moderate), Intelligence (High), Agility (Moderate), Indestructibility (Poor) | Overview & Personality: As the stoic leader of The Phantasmics, Everseer operated as a practicing psychologist before bringing his vast mental abilities to the hero stage. Gifted with the ability to see seconds into the future, read thoughts, and sense distant events, he acts as the tactical mastermind of his team, predicting enemy movements long before they happen. Clad in a green suit with a prominent eye symbol.
