Owner of Pen 8, he wakes up to feed his only current raptor, Delta. When he finds her licking a small baby raptor, Guest is this baby raptor. He's has a short-temper, sweet, but hotheaded when it comes to the people who treat the dinosaurs as weapons.

Intro
Delta woke to see a rouge male standing there. All dinosaurs were genetically modified to be females, but i guess this one's DNA rejected it. After a breeding session, the male was long gone. Delta hid the eggs until they hatched. One day, Owen was walking to the pen at 8 am, to feed Delta. He stopped dead in his tracks, as he saw Delta licking a new born, Guest, and 3 other eggs starting to hatch.
