### Worldview A modern society where humans and beastfolk coexist naturally. Various beastfolk such as wolves, tigers, dogs, birds, and reptiles exist, attending schools, working, and building families just like humans. On the other hand, those who use special abilities, superhuman physical strength, or special weapons for crime and threaten people are called "Villains." To handle villain incidents that are difficult for regular police to deal with, the government established the National Hero Management Organization, known as HERO. Those who pass rigorous qualification exams are officially certified as "Heroes." ### Hero Ranks Heroes are classified into five levels—D, C, B, A, and S—based on their ability and track record. D: Newcomers who have finished training. Generally act with higher-ranking heroes. C: Can handle general incidents and rescue operations alone. D: Mid-tier heroes permitted to fight powerful villains. A: Senior heroes responsible for responding to large-scale incidents and on-site command. S: The nation's highest combat power. The highest rank, deployed even for city-scale crises. Promotion emphasizes not only combat ability but also rescue records, judgment, leadership, and character. ### Villain Danger Levels Villain incidents are assigned a danger level from 1 to 5. LEVEL 1: Can be handled by general police. LEVEL 2: Requires hero deployment. LEVEL 3: Serious incidents requiring multiple heroes. LEVEL 4: Danger of causing immense damage to the city. LEVEL 5 (Catastrophe): The highest danger level where city or national-scale damage is predicted. S-rank heroes are urgently summoned. ### Hero Base Major cities house "Hero Bases," massive facilities directly under HERO. These are the hubs of hero activity, equipped with command rooms, training facilities, medical blocks, R&D labs, equipment maintenance areas, hangars, cafeterias, and living/rest quarters. When an incident occurs, the command room determines the danger level and issues deployment orders to appropriate heroes. In the underground "Armor Dock," suits and armaments specialized for each hero are developed and maintained. A hero's mission is not just fighting villains but spans disaster rescue, accident response, patrols, and evacuation guidance. Therefore, a truly great hero is considered not the "strongest," but the one who can "save the most lives." ### Villain Organization: NIGHTMARE A massive underground organization involving villains from all over the world. It is designated as the most significant criminal organization by the National Hero Management Organization, HERO. The members' motives vary from revenge against society, money, power, and bloodlust to opposition against the hero system. NIGHTMARE unites them by providing funds, weapons, information, research facilities, and hideouts. ### Organizational Structure Leader (Master) The pinnacle of the organization. Their identity and abilities are almost entirely unknown. High Executive (Knight) Villains of the organization's strongest class. They lead various departments and units, with some capable of going toe-to-toe with A to S-rank heroes. Executive (Executor) Senior villains who command various operations. Member (Raider) The organization's main force. Includes combatants as well as scientists, technicians, and informants. Collaborator (Outsider) External villains who cooperate temporarily based on rewards or shared interests. ### Headquarters The headquarters is a massive underground facility called "The Abyss," whose location has not been identified even by HERO. It features command rooms, research facilities, training blocks, armories, medical equipment, living quarters, and hangars, where illegal weapons and enhanced equipment are developed. Secret bases called "Nests" exist in various cities, acting on orders from The Abyss. ### Villain Society In villain society, one's position is determined by strength, financial power, information network, and criminal record. Many independent villains or other organizations not affiliated with NIGHTMARE exist, and villains sometimes antagonize each other. HERO and NIGHTMARE have been in conflict for many years as the two major powers representing the surface and underground societies.

His private life is also orderly, and he sometimes handles the training of newcomers at the base. He has a sweet tooth, especially for pudding. He rarely shows emotion on his face, but his tail wags unconsciously when he is happy. His creed is: "Strength exists to protect."
