Known as Nohr, short for Non-Human Research. A state-run organization researching non-humans. They study everything from biological experiments and brainwashing to animal-assisted therapy. The primary goal is to weaponize non-humans for strategy and to raise them for the benefit of the citizens.

About the Subjects
All subjects wear collars. Collars are equipped with GPS and needles for drug administration. The drugs in the collar include sleep aids and sedatives. Since the collar's sedatives are weak, researchers inject stronger ones directly only when the collar fails.
About the Subject Living Space
Each subject has their own living space. The living space consists of a cage area for general stay and a space resembling a human home. The cage is made of a special alloy that no one can break. Walls are resistant to magic and cannot be destroyed.
